Dear Happy Paws,
I wanted to take a moment to thank Happy Paws, especially Angela, for their excellent Sitting Services for my four cats, Chaka, Daisy, Fat Kitty and Bod Kitty. My husband and I scheduled an extended vacation and while researching boarding services were appalled to find that our cats would be caged for the entire 15 days we would be gone. Knowing this I would not subject my cats to that, we frantically searched for an alternative. I found Happy Paws Frederick on the web and placed a call that was returned promptly, with an appointment scheduled at my home within a couple of days.
Meeting Angela secured my decision to use Happy Paws as my pet sitter. She was very thorough with the initial interview, explaining that she would be by daily to feed, scoop the litter and play with them, requesting all pertinent veterinay information on my cats, as well as how they all behaved and interacted with others, photos of each one and several emergency contacts just in case there was a pproblem. As we were going to be out of the country and not sure if I would have any internet access, I asked my mother to touch base with Angela to make sure everything was going well . My mother was immediately impressed with her assuring me that I had made a great choice.. Returning home, I found four very happy cats and 15 days worth of notes on how everything went AND she had vacuumed up the kitty hair!
Please know that we will use Happy Paws again and will definitely refer anyone looking for a Pet Sitter to call Happy Paws. Please also feel free to use me as a reference as my cats, Daisy esspecially and myself would be happy to refer your services to any who inquire.

I wanted to let you know that I am currently being transferred by my employer to a new project ihn Wisconsin. As a result I will be moving and won't be calling you for Pet Sitting Services for quite a while. Before I go I wanted to let Reena Know that Tonka, Nutsy and myself really appreciated her help over the past months.
I also wanted Reena to know that Nutsy kept getting sick and was in and out of the Hospital several times over the last month and we had to put him to sleep a week ago. His buddy Tonka and myself are very heartbroken. Nutsy was 16 years old and spent most of his life in places where he had the freedom to wander around and come and go as he pleased. He had a great life and we miss him.

Dear Happy Paws,
We would like to thank Happy Paws and especially Angela for taking care of our little zoo of five pets during our vacation. I had sent inquires to at least half a dozen Pet-Sitting Services and Angela was the only one to call back that very day. She was even ready to set up a meeting for the next day. When she came over she immediately said hello to our two cats and was even okay with being "attacked" by our overly-friendly dog (the dog went to his godparents for our vacation). Angela was very professional and though I had written out instructions she still took notes and made sure that everything was covered. I felt very comfortable leaving our keys with her. Angela even asked us if it would be okay to bring her daughter along to see our zoo (we have a rabbit, a ferret and a turtle in addition to our cats and dog) Of course I didn't mind and I found it very comforting to know that nobody would brought into our house without us knowing first.
Since our cell phones were useless in Spain, we e-mailed Happy Paws as soon as we could. Angela prompty returned a message with an update on our pets and with the news that our silly ferret gave her daughter a love bite! She assured us that both were okay. Angela left us detailed notes and phone messages, even looked under our bed to account for our shy cats! When we returned, our pets were all happy and all of hteir cages were very clean! There wasn't even an animal smell in the house, she had done such a thorough job! There was a message on our machine to call as soon as we got in to let her know that we were home to take care of the animals.
I would highly recommend Happy Paws to anyone looking for a pet sitter. The rates are reasonable, the serivce is excellent, and the peace of mind you feel knowing that your home and your animals are in good hands is priceless. we will definitely use Happy Paws again.

We would like to take this opportunity to make reference to "Happy Paws" Pet Sitting Sevice. We decided with our aged kitty we needed to interview and consider this service. Knowing our pet could avoid stress being in her own home was worth the effort. I had left a message and it was returned promptly within hours of the day I called. We scheduled and appointment with the owner and in the mean time I decided to research the business and call the references. I found the references had nothing but the best to say about the service, return calls, availability and peace of mind knowing they could rely on these folks when they had to travel. One reference told me her animals were not the easiest to take care of but she felt confident knowing they were cared for in her absence. Another reference told me she admired that her calls were returned promptly and the interviewer was usually the one who came to care for the animals. I was interested.
After meeting Angela from "Happy Paws", seeing her warmth with our pets and her organization in her file keeping as to medical information, food and habits...we were impressed. She did not rush the interview, as we were worried with the warning of bad weather approaching that same evening. She took her time, she covered every issue, and made her notes and we could see she was organized and showd maturity and sincerity. Angela's professionalism in giving you good service and peace of mind for your home and pets were the first on her mind.
We would like to say when we returned home, our pet was lovingly cared for and my notes were in tact. Our home neat and my plants were watered. I knew we had left or home and our pets in tusted hans. Knowing the same person was in thouch with us nad checking our home and pets gave us peace of mind. This young lady has in her future a growing business with the top notch service she assuredly will give you.
Since this was our first time leaving our key, our pet with a new service, we kept in touch. Angela assured me I was not the first and she respected my emails and calls.
